Local resorts welcome international students

Students at Revelstoke Mountain Resort

The Rocky Mountain International Student Program organized international student ski/snowboard days at Murray Ridge Ski Area, Fernie, Revelstoke and Kicking Horse Mountain Resorts at the end of semester one and beginning of semester two. Lessons, rental gear and lift tickets were provided, and students enjoyed a full day of skiing or snowboarding. Beginners had the opportunity to learn a new skill and advanced skiers/snowboarders were introduced to the best trails on the local mountains.

Ski/snowboard days are always a popular activity included at no extra charge in the RMISP Experience Schedule.
